MEET THE TEAM

Maddie Noble

Founding Attorney

More than an attorney, Maddie’s hands-on wine and craft beer industry experience has helped elevate her practice. After law school, she worked as a harvest intern at a prominent winery in the Russian River Valley, which broadened the scope of her wine production knowledge. Maddie brought her marketing savvy to the award-winning team at Makers & Allies, and has since managed a leading winery tasting room in San Luis Obispo. Her responsibilities as a sales rep for an independent Los Angeles craft brewing company round out her industry expertise—which translates to more impactful advocacy for her clients. A truly caring legal expert, Maddie earned the mud on her boots and there’s nothing she loves more than helping dedicated dreamers achieve their goals.

Through his research, attendance of numerous industry events, and learning from some of the top professionals in the field, Lucas had found his calling. To gain true, real world experience, he joined the team at Fort Point Beer Co., where he helped launch the brewery’s Southern California expansion, successfully bridging the divide between the SF and LA markets.
